Timeheat lets you create availability polls, share them with participants, and find a time that works for everyone. By creating an account or responding to a poll you agree to these terms.
Keep your credentials to yourself. You are responsible for activity under your account, whether you sign in with a password or with Google. Provide a real email address: it's how you recover access and how we reach you about your account.
Every account includes a monthly allowance of free basic polls. Credits are optional: one credit upgrades one poll to premium, and a poll stays premium once upgraded. Purchased credits never expire and are non-refundable except where the law says otherwise. Prices and plans may change. Changes never affect credits you already hold.
Pro is billed monthly or yearly at the price shown when you subscribe and renews automatically until you cancel. Payments are processed by Polar, our merchant of record. Cancel anytime from Settings, Credits & Subscriptions, Manage subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for: Pro stays active until then and you are not charged again. Partial periods are not refunded. If the price changes we will tell you before your next renewal.
Basic polls and free accounts may show third-party ads. Premium polls and paying accounts never do. What data that involves is covered in the Privacy Policy.
Don't use Timeheat to spam, harass, impersonate, distribute malware or unlawful content, probe or disrupt the service, or collect data about other users. We may suspend or remove accounts and polls that do.
Polls, titles, and responses are yours. You grant us the right to store and display them as needed to operate the service. That's the whole license. Deleting a poll deletes its responses.
Timeheat is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. We aim to keep it fast and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we may change or discontinue features. We will make reasonable efforts to announce breaking changes ahead of time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Unused purchased credits on a terminated-for-violation account are forfeited.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on this site. Continuing to use Timeheat after a change means you accept the new terms.
