How it works

From "when works for you?" to a time, in three steps.

01
Create the event

Pick the days, or days and times, and how long you need. Takes about a minute.

02
Share one link

Send a single link to your group. Anyone can open it and reply, no account needed.

03
See the best time

As replies come in, the time that works for the whole group rises to the top.

Features

Everything the back-and-forth was missing.

Times or just dates

Poll for a specific time slot, or keep it simple and just find the day that works for the most people.

"If need be" replies

People can mark a slot as a soft yes. It still counts, but stays visually distinct from a firm commitment.

Everyone-free filter

One toggle hides every slot that isn't a full house, so you only see times that work for all.

MJA
No account to reply

You sign in to create and manage polls. Everyone else just opens the link and answers.

EDT · PST · GMT
Works across time zones

Set the poll's zone once. Everyone replies in their own, and the grid keeps it all aligned.

Light & dark results

The results heatmap reads cleanly in light mode or dark, easy on the eyes and on a projector.

The more people reply, the clearer the answer.

No counting votes by hand. As replies come in, the times that work for everyone stand out, and the single best slot is picked for you.

  • The slots where everyone's free are highlighted for you.
  • Soft "if need be" replies stay separate from firm yeses.
  • The single best time is suggested automatically.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Do people need an account to respond?
No. Only the organizer signs in to create and manage a poll. Anyone with the link can mark their availability without an account, unless you switch on "require sign-in to reply".
How much does it cost?
Timeheat runs on simple credits: a free tier to get started, top-ups when you need more, and an unlimited monthly plan. You only spend a credit when you create a poll. See full pricing
How many people can respond, and am I charged per reply?
As many people as you like, there is no cap on responses. And no, you are never charged per reply. Creating the poll costs one credit, and that covers every response it gets.
Can I poll for just a date instead of a time?
Yes. Choose "dates only" when you create the event, and results rank the days by how many people can make each one, with no time grid.
Does it work across time zones?
Yes. Each poll has a time zone, set once when you create it. Everyone replies in their own zone and the grid keeps every response aligned.
