Fill your availability from your calendar

Connect Google Calendar and answer a Timeheat poll in one click: free slots marked from your real schedule, and we never see what your events are.

The slowest part of answering "when are you free?" is not the clicking. It's the tab-switching: open the poll, open your calendar, look at Tuesday, back to the poll, paint Tuesday, back to the calendar. Repeat for every day the organizer proposed.

One click instead

Connect your Google Calendar to timeheat once, and every time-slot poll you open gets a fill-from-calendar button. Press it and your free slots are marked from your actual schedule: whatever your calendar says is busy gets skipped, whatever is open gets painted as available. Then you adjust by hand if you like ("technically free, but not at 8am") and submit. A minute of clicking becomes a couple of seconds.

If you keep several calendars connected, a slot only counts as free when every one of them agrees, so your work calendar can't volunteer you for something your personal calendar knows about.

What we can and cannot see

This is the part worth being precise about. The connection asks Google for free/busy access only. Timeheat receives blocks of "busy from here to here"; the event titles, attendees, locations, and descriptions stay in your calendar. We could not read what your Tuesday meeting is about even if we wanted to, because the permission we request does not include it. Disconnecting in settings removes the stored connection immediately.

And when the time is picked

Calendars matter on the way out too. When the organizer closes the poll and picks the final time, everyone gets add-to-calendar buttons for Google, Outlook, and Apple, with the time zone carried correctly into the invite. Your availability came out of your calendar; the final decision goes right back into it.
